Fast Bankruptcy Relief, Including Emergency Filings

Pat Brick Patrick Henry Brick was born and educated in the Midwest, where he graduated cum laude from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa. Following a six year stint in Minneapolis as an insurance claims adjuster, he entered Seattle University School of Law, graduating cum laude in 1988.

Following law school, he worked a one year term as an Estate Administrator for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Washington in the Tacoma Division. He then entered private practice in Seattle and has been there ever since.

Mr. Brick’s practice is devoted almost exclusively to bankruptcy, and he practices in all areas of Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13. His practice is a debt relief agency, as he assists persons with the filing of bankruptcy.

He has a rather old fashioned approach in his method, which is to personally meet with his clients himself without a paralegal or other support help and to analyze each client’s problems as the unique client and situation it is. He takes a hands-on approach to work with clients to address and hopefully resolve their problems, whether or not the resolution is to file for bankruptcy.

Patrick is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, and the Creditor Debtor Rights Section of the Bar Association. He is also a member of the King County Bar Association and its Bankruptcy Law Section.

If you prefer to speak by telephone first, you are welcome to call Mr. Brick at any time to have a brief but free phone consultation.
